I went through the comment section and discovered it was genuine, so I decided to shoot my shot and it has been a splendid experience since then.

I cannot particularly describe the feeling of becoming a landlord, but I was extremely happy because they surpassed my expectations on the day of allocation. Becoming a landowner through multiple streams of income is one great feat I am glad I took and the best part about this experience was that I could pay in bits; as an individual juggling multiple streams of income, this eased the burden off me because I dedicated a certain amount monthly to go into it, improving my financial discipline.

The fear surrounding land investment arises from the stereotype that realtors and agents may scam individuals, coupled with the exorbitant costs people have to pay to acquire land these days.
